المادة : (1)
”أفراد الولايات المتحدة” يعني الأفراد العسكريين والمدنيين التابعين لوزارة الدفاع الأمريكية (المشار إليها هنا بـ “وزارة الدفاع”). ويدخل ضمن هذا التعريف:
أ- “الأفراد العسكريون” يعني أفراد القوات المسلحة للولايات المتحدة؛
ب- “الأفراد المدنيون” يعني الأشخاص العاملين في وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية.
”قوات الولايات المتحدة” تعني الأفراد العسكريين والأفراد المدنيين وجميع الممتلكات والمعدات والمواد (بما في ذلك المركبات والسفن والطائرات التي يتم تشغيلها بواسطة الولايات المتحدة أو لصالحها) الخاصة بوزارة الدفاع الأمريكية والموجودة في الأراضي الأردنية.

Canada [ edit ]
Under the Criminal Code, any game of poker that is not specifically licensed by the relevant provincial or territorial gaming regulator is covered by either Section 201 or Section 204 of the Code. Section 201(1) makes it an indictable offence for to "(keep) a common gaming house or common betting house" with a maximum penalty of two years' imprisonment, while Section 201(2) makes it a summary offence to be "found, without lawful excuse, in a common gaming house or common betting house" with a maximum penalty of six months' imprisonment and/or aR$5,000 fine.[1] On the other hand, Section 204(1)(b) provides that "a private bet between individuals not engaged in any way in the business of betting" is exempt from the provisions of Section 201, and thus is not unlawful.[2] This has been consistently interpreted to mean that a poker game taking place in a dwelling house is legal in Canada, so long as the host is not taking "rake" or otherwise directly profiting from hosting the game. Whether a poker game played on a similar "not for profit" basis somewhere other than a dwelling house (for example, in the warehouse of a small business) also enjoys the exemption of Section 204(1)(b) is disputed.
The laws governing gaming in Canada were written prior to the invention of internet gaming. Notably, Section 201(2) makes no distinction with regards to whether individuals present in an illegal poker room are actually playing poker, while on the other hand there has never been (as of 2013) a prosecution in Canada simply for participating in Internet gaming not licensed in Canada.

تخضع كافة الالتزامات بموجب هذه الاتفاقية لتوافر الأموال المخصصة المعتمدة لهذه الأغراض.
يجوز للطرفين أو الوكيلين التنفيذيين لهما، حسبما يكون مناسباً، إبرام ترتيبات أو اتفاقيات تنفيذية لتطبيق أحكام هذه الاتفاقية.
يقوم الطرفان بموجب هذا بإنشاء لجنة مشتركة للإشراف على تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية. تجتمع اللجنة المشتركة حسب الضرورة، ولكن بمعدل لا يقل عن مرة واحدة سنوياً، لضمان التنفيذ السليم لهذه الاتفاقية. ويتقاسم رئاسة اللجنة المشتركة الوكيلان التنفيذيان أو من ينوب عنهما، ويجوز أن تضم ممثلين حكوميين آخرين حسبما يقرر الوكيلان التنفيذيان. وتقوم اللجنة المشتركة بتعريف وتحديد الإجراءات الخاصة بها واتخاذ الترتيبات الخاصة بالهيئات الفرعية والمسؤوليات الإدارية كما تراه مناسباً في تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية. ويتحمل كل طرف تكاليف مشاركته في اللجنة المشتركة.
يتم تسوية أي خِلاف يتعلق بتنفيذ أو تفسير هذه الاتفاقية أو أي من ترتيبات التنفيذ عند أدنى مستوى ممكن، ويتم، عند الضرورة، رفعها إلى الوكيلين التنفيذيين للنظر فيها واتخاذ القرار. ويتم إحالة المنازعات التي لا يمكن تسويتها بواسطة الوكيلين التنفيذيين إلى الطرفين للتشاور واتخاذ القرار، حسبما يكون مناسباً، ولن يتم إحالتها إلى أي محكمة وطنية أو أي محكمة أو هيئة قضائية دولية أو كيان مشابه أو أي طرف ثالث آخر للتسوية.
الدخول حيز النفاذ والتعديل والمدة
المادة : (19)
تدخل هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ في تاريخ آخر مذكرة متممة لتبادل المذكرات بين الطرفين والتي تشير إلى أن كل طرف قد استكمل اجراءاته الداخلية الضرورية لدخول هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ.
يجوز تعديل هذه الاتفاقية بموجب اتفاق خطي بين الطرفين.
يجوز تعديل الملحق (أ) المرفق بهذه الاتفاقية، والذي يشكل جزءً لا يتجزأ منها، خطياً من قِبل الطرفين أو الوكيلين التنفيذيين لهما.
تكون المدة المبدئية لهذه الاتفاقية خمسة عشر (15) عاماً. وتستمر هذه الاتفاقية سارية، بعد المدة المبدئية، ما لم يتم إنهاؤها من قِبل أيٍ من الطرفين بموجب إشعار خطي قبل عام واحد للطرف الآخر عبر القنوات الدبلوماسية.
وإثباتاً لما تقدم، قام الموقعان أدناه المفوضان من قبل حكومتيهما وفق الأصول المرعية بالتوقيع على هذه الاتفاقية.
حُررت في عمان بتاريخ 31 من شهر كانون الثاني، سنة 2021، من نسختين متطابقتين باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، ويتساوى النصان في الحجية.

Penalties and player etiquette
Players are expected to maintain a reasonable level of decorum at all times. Standard poker etiquette will be enforced. In its sole and absolute discretion, PokerStars Live Staff may impose penalties ranging from a verbal warning escalating up to exclusion from all PokerStars Live Events and PokerStars Live operated Cash Games.
Disclosure – Players are obligated to protect the other players at all times. Therefore, whether in a hand or not, players may not... Disclose contents of live or folded hands. Advise or criticize play before the action is completed. Read a hand that hasn’t been tabled. Discuss hands or strategy with any spectator. Seek or receive consultation from an outside source. The one-player-to-a-hand rule will be enforced. Exposing and Mucking – Players who show their cards to a player who has already folded and then fold their cards themselves may receive a penalty. Dealers upon seeing this are instructed to hold those cards outside of the muck and show them to the entire table when the hand is completed. Players doing this repeatedly will be penalized. Collusion – Poker is an individual game. Soft play, chip dumping, etc. will not be allowed and may be subject to penalties. Etiquette Violations – Repeated etiquette violations will result in penalties assessed by the staff. Examples include, but are not limited to, unnecessarily touching other players’ cards or chips, delay of the game, repeatedly acting out of turn, splashing chips, intentionally betting out of reach of the Dealer, or excessive chatter. In addition, excessive celebration through extended theatrics, inappropriate behavior, or physical actions, gestures, or conduct may be penalized. These violations also include abusive behavior towards other players’ playing styles and/or berating players for how they have played or are playing the game. Foul Language – The abuse of other players, PokerStars Live staff, venue staff or other personnel will not be tolerated. Foul, obscene or offensive language directed at any player or staff member may result in a penalty. Repeated non-directed foul, obscene or offensive language may also result in a penalty. All participants must behave in a courteous and civil manner during all games and in all tournament and gaming areas. Any individual who encounters inappropriate behavior on the part of another individual should immediately contact the staff. This shall include, but is not limited to, any player whose personal hygiene or health has become disruptive to the other players seated at their table. The determination as to whether an individual’s personal hygiene or health is disruptive to other players shall be determined by the staff which may, in its discretion, implement sanctions upon any such player who refuses to remedy the situation in a manner satisfactory to PokerStars Live. Any player who intentionally breaks, rips, or defaces cards will be dealt out immediately. Should the player feel they were dealt out unfairly, the issue must be raised with the staff immediately. Telephone – Players may not speak on the telephone while at the table, whether playing a hand or not. They must step away from the table to conduct their call. Phones, tablets and laptops – Players may use these devices at the table, however not while in a hand. Laptops may not be plugged into to an external power source while at the table. Periscope, Twitch, etc. – The use of Apps or any other type of capability to broadcast the tournament while in play is not allowed. PokerStars Live staff and venue staff may penalize any act that, in the sole and absolute discretion of PokerStars Live staff and venue staff, is inconsistent with the official rules or best interests of the game. If a player is permitted to return to a game after disciplinary action, there will be no refund on any missed collections or blinds, the usual missed-blind rules for that game will apply. PokerStars Live reserves the right to refuse gaming services to anyone at any time. PokerStars Live reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages. PokerStars Live is not liable for monetary discrepancies caused by player or dealer error. There is no transfer of liability. السؤال الثاني: لماذا يقوم الأردن، الذي سيمد اسرائيل بمياة البحرين لسقاية "اراضية الجنوبية" بشراء مياة بحيرة طبريا لسقاية شمال الأردن؟ فما دام الاردن سيقدم المياة لاسرائيل مجانا لماذا لا يحصل على مياة مجانا علما ان الشعب الاردني بأكمله (ما عدا من شاركوا بتأليف خطة البحرين) لا يقر ولا يعترف بان مياة شمال فلسطين وطبريا تابعة لاسرائيل؟
الخطة لا تشير الى المبلغ الذي سيدفعه الاردن لاسرائيل مقابل الحصول على مياه لكن الخطة اشارت الى ان غزة والضفة سيدفعان 50 مليون دولار مقابل مياة صالحة للشرب. من أين المياة؟
الخطر القادم
كما جاء في التقرير الاردني نقلا عن خطة البيت الابيض للسلام الشق الاقتصادي وخاصة ما يتعلق بالاردن، فان المبلغ المقترح لدعم الاردن هو 7 مليار و365 مليون دولار. المبلغ مٌقسم كالتالي: منح: مليار و703 مليون دولار وقروض: ملياران و900 مليون دولار وللقطاع الخاص ملياران و763 مليون دولار
عند مراجعة المنح، نجدها ليس لها علاقة بالأردن الا باص الزرقاء عمان الذي قيمته 150 مليون دولار. وهذا الدليل
1- من المستفيد من قناة البحر الميت - البحر الاحمر؟: بقيمة 145 مليون دولار وكذلك من المستفيد الاول من دعم التطوير المستمر لمشروع نقل البحر الأحمر - الميت بقيمة 400 مليون دولار؟ هل قرأتم تفاصيل قناة البحرين؟ - تفاصيل اوفى على التقرير الاردني
2- من المستفيد من تأسيس "شبكة واسعة النطاق من الألياف البصرية في الأردن لتوصيل المدارس العامة والمستشفيات ومراكز الرعاية الصحية والشركات والجهات الحكومية في مناطق اربد والمفرق وجرش وعجلون بقيمة 100 مليون دولار؟ أي اقليم الشمال؟
3- ما الهدف من "إنشاء مكتب مركزي ، تحت المركز الوطني لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، مع البنية التحتية التقنية ومعدات لتخزين البيانات الإلكترونية للحكومة الأردنية بقيمة 70 مليون؟؟
4 - من المستفيد من تنفيذ برنامج لتخفيف آثار نهر الأردن ومنع التلوث من الزراعة عن جريان المياه العادمة بقيمة 250 مليون دولار ؟
5 - من المستفيد من منحة "بناء قدرة وطنية للأمن السيبراني وتقديم الدعم الفني لجهود الحكومة الأردنية لحماية القطاعين العام والخاص، بما في ذلك البنوك والمستشفيات والبنية التحتية الحيوية، من المهاجمين السيبرانيين من الدول وغير الدول وذلك من أجل المزيد من الفرص للتعاون الدولي عبر الإنترنت بقيمة 500 مليون دولار ؟؟؟
6- من المستفيد من "إنشاء ميناء جاف في معان يخدم المجمع الصناعي في محافظة معان، على مقربة من المسار المقترح لمشروع السكك الحديدية الوطنية ، وتوصيله إلى العديد من الطرق الوطنية والدولية مع المجاورة البلدان والبنية التحتية التجارية الرئيسية بقيمة 50 مليون دولار؟
7- من المستفيد من برنامج "رفع مستوى الربط الكهربائي بين الأردن والضفة الغربية من خلال بناء خط 400 كيلو فولت بقيمة 50 مليون دولار (38 مليون منحة و12 مليون قرض)
